Privacy Policy

CommerceVerdict is an Amazon seller research and decision-support service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide product research and AI-assisted features, save your workspace, process subscriptions, send requested alerts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.

Google user data

Google user data is used only to sign you in, identify your CommerceVerdict account, and display basic account information. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google content.

Service providers

We may share only the information necessary to operate the service with infrastructure, authentication, AI, market-data, email, and payment providers. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Data retention and security

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
