The service

CommerceVerdict provides product research, comparison, monitoring, and AI-assisted decision tools for online sellers. Outputs are informational estimates and may rely on third-party data.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity performed through it. You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or use automated access in a way that harms the service or its providers.

Research and AI outputs

Product scores, demand estimates, margins, recommendations, AI responses, and other outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not financial, legal, tax, or business guarantees. You are responsible for independently verifying information and making your own decisions.

Subscriptions

Paid features, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are presented before purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

CommerceVerdict and its software, design, and branding are protected by applicable laws. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CommerceVerdict is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, fraud, or legal requirements.
